Business Model
HMI products are developed entirely autonomously within our parent company Beijer Electronics AB. The intention is for product development to be innovative, world-leading, and remain one step ahead of competitors. Products should be compatible with all of the world's leading automation equipment brands. Development includes design, testing, and documentation. The business area also offers customer tailoring of its products, technical support, servicing, and training.

Proprietary products are sold by:

• Beijer Electronics' own Automation business area in its domestic markets (Sweden, Norway and Finland)
• Our branch offices in Germany, Taiwan and the US.
• Global corporations like ABB and Mitsubishi Electric sell operator terminals on a brand label basis
• In-house export resources sell operator terminals under Beijer Electronics' EXTER, CIMREX and CEZAR brands via distributors world-wide.

HMI Products is the fifth or sixth largest HMI provider in Europe and the US.
