I have added one more language for a pws6300. Now I should have also the system messages changed into the other language. I looked in the manual for ADP but I can't do it the way as described, because I don't have the same buttons as in the manual. All the "default"-buttons are missing. The version is adp 6.1.1.03. |

Is there a special font for that language. I try to change the language of ADP to chinese traditional (just to see if font is supported) but all the characters appear as "?" |

We have a automatic transfer machine from Taiwan. It uses PWS6A00F. one month ago the HMI gave a " Communication Error Message " and it was installed on COM1. The manufacture sujested to change to COM2, and the machine worked well until today, it gave the same message again. What should I do ? There is no other COM port to switch to. |

We require operators manual for PWS 700T because we have purchased a packing machine made by Tianjin Sankie equipment co ltd with which we have not received any operators manual,The PWS700T installed in it is in chinese language and we cannot understand it.
